On Friday, Delhi is anticipated to experience thunderstorms accompanied by rain, as reported by the India Meteorological Department (IMD). The minimum temperature recorded at 8:30 AM was 29 degrees Celsius, which is 1.1 degrees above the normal range.
The IMD forecasts that the maximum temperature will hover around 37 degrees Celsius, with relative humidity measured at 72 percent at the same time in the morning. The weather department has indicated a likelihood of thunderstorms and rain today.
According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the Air Quality Index (AQI) in the city was recorded at 95 at 4 PM on Thursday, falling within the 'satisfactory' category.
An AQI reading between 0 and 50 is considered good, 51 to 100 is satisfactory, 101 to 200 is moderate, 201 to 300 is poor, 301 to 400 is very poor, and 401 to 500 is classified as severe.
